IFS Technical Consultant

Astra Canyon is hiring two IFS Technical Consultants to support our growing AMS (Application Management Services) team:

The second role is open to candidates based in either the U.S. or Canada

These roles are nearly identical in scope and function. In both, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert—delivering configurations, integrations, reports, and modifications that align with each client’s business goals. You’ll work across industries and IFS versions, joining a collaborative team that values both technical excellence and customer impact.

• Deliver CRIM development and technical support across all IFS product areas
• Configure, develop, and demonstrate IFS functionality aligned to client-defined scenarios
• Create technical specifications and identify solutions to bridge gaps between client needs and IFS offerings
• Support ongoing ticket resolution, system testing, upgrades, and release activities
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and internal technical team members
• Contribute to team knowledge development and maintain alignment with ACG standards

• 3+ years of IFS Applications experience
• Experience with IFS Cloud, Aurena, Report Designer, configuration/security, integration handling
• Multiple full implementations across IFS versions and industries preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Must be fluent in English and available 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST (U.S./Canada holidays followed)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
• Travel up to 20% may be required
• Remote work expected 80%+ of the time
• Position reports to AMS Team Lead
