The Innovation & Delivery Transformation team is building the future of our business. The Innovation & Delivery Transformation Team collaborates with Industries, Offering Portfolios, Growth, and Delivery Transformation to curate and scale our Innovation Portfolio, grow through our Strategic Growth Offerings, identify and incubate the next generation of technology through our Technology Offices, and more. Together we are dedicated to fostering top talent experience both within I&D and throughout our firm by leading our Tech Talent Transformation.

As a Manager in Deloitte's Business Innovation team, you will work in a fast‑paced environment that spans diverse industries and challenges. You'll partner with senior leaders to identify emerging opportunities, validate market potential, and bring new offerings to life‑across our Products+ and Services+ businesses. Leveraging your strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, you will design, prototype, and refine ideas that fuel Deloitte's growth agenda and embed cutting‑edge technologies like AI into our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop forward‑looking perspectives on emerging innovations, disruptions, and trends‑including AI, digital identity, and automation‑to inform enterprise strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Shape and evolve Deloitte's Products+ and Services+ portfolios, identifying high‑impact opportunities, validating product‑market fit, and informing prioritization decisions that drive innovation and growth.
• Conduct market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and white‑space analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and guide investment decisions across Products+ and Services+.
• Shape, validate, and refine business cases by articulating problem statements, value propositions, and market opportunities that inform strategic investments and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead AI‑enabled product and service innovation, embedding data, automation, and emerging technologies into offerings to transform business models, delivery approaches, and client outcomes.
• Oversee go‑to‑market and scaling strategies, including pricing, commercialization, and adoption plans for Products+ solutions and tech‑enabled services.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders in product, engineering, design, and research to align architecture, feasibility, and commercialization efforts for scalable innovation.
• Engage and influence senior leaders by delivering analyses, insights, and recommendations that shape innovation roadmaps, investment decisions, and enterprise priorities.
• Apply strong narrative‑building and communication skills to articulate product vision, innovation strategies, and value propositions in compelling ways to technical and business audiences.
• Champion a culture of innovation, fostering creativity, experimentation, and bold thinking across Deloitte's Products+ and Consulting Services teams.

Required:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management, innovation, or technology‑driven business transformation, with proven leadership experience.
• Ability to travel 5‑10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
