We’rehiring a Head of Digital Marketing to contribute to the performance marketing and digital organic elements of our growth engine.
You’llbe involved in strategy for and lead the execution of our core paid acquisition channels. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership from day one, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
You will own hands-on performance marketing (day-to-day account ops, campaign structure, testing, budgets, iteration cadence, and performance reporting) while working closely with the Chief Growth Officer on performance marketing strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Contribute to and/or lead paidcreativestrategy and hands-on creative direction : develop hypotheses, briefs, concepts/angles/hooks, and a learning loop that compounds.
- Contribute to and/or lead organic creative strategy.
- Strengthen intent capture + routing (e.g., SEO/ASO/AEO/paid search)
- Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, and customer teams to translate product strengths into sharp positioning and conversion-focused funnels.
- Support lifecycle and GTM execution (email/CRM, product launches, re-engagement), including bilingual workflows where relevant , ensuring product launches have a clear brand-friendly narrative
- Contribute to a broader content/story engine using real customer outcomes.
- Deeply collaborate with the product and brand teams to define and protect our brand tone
- Partner with product and customer teamsto defineand executeproduct marketingstrategiesthatensure our product wins in the market
- Own website design, analytics and tracking infrastructure.
Must Have Qualities:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable growth outcomes across channels.
- Performance marketing expertise (e.g., paid social, paid search), including budget ownership, CAC/LTV thinking, attribution fluency, and ongoing optimization.
- Ad creative strategy + structured creative testing, with a demonstrated system for ideation, prioritization, testing design, and learning-to-iteration loops.
- Website optimization / CRO, including landing page strategy, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion improvements tied to revenue or activation.

Skills:
- Branding, with experience balancing performance goals and long-term brand trust/consistency.
- Organic growth systems, building repeatable engines for non-paid growth (e.g., content/SEO workflows, scalable discovery loops).
- Web-to-app funnel experience, optimizing the journey from web → install → activation (e.g., deep links, onboarding improvements, drop-off reduction).
- Product marketing, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and go-to-market support.
- Digital product launch leadership, running end-to-end launch plans and post-launch optimization.
- Intent routing for mobile-first products, leveraging ASO, SEO, AEO (and paid search where relevant) to capture demand and route users to the right experience.
