Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with an established and forward-thinking organization in their search for a Director of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to oversee a dynamic department, support organizational strategy, and guide the full spectrum of human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead labor relations efforts and negotiate union agreements to maintain positive and productive employee relations.
  • Design and implement innovative talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Champion change management initiatives that enable smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
  • Provide strong leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment legislation while balancing organizational needs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence business decisions through strategic HR insights and workforce analytics.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong strategic focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or equivalent professional designation.
  • Demonstrated success managing labor relations and leading union negotiations.
  • Expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational change.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
