Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with an established and forward-thinking organization in their search for a Director of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to oversee a dynamic department, support organizational strategy, and guide the full spectrum of human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth plans.Lead labor relations efforts and negotiate union agreements to maintain positive and productive employee relations.Design and implement innovative talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees.Champion change management initiatives that enable smooth transitions during organizational transformations.Provide strong leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic impact.Ensure compliance with all employment legislation while balancing organizational needs.Partner with executive leadership to influence business decisions through strategic HR insights and workforce analytics.Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong strategic focus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or equivalent professional designation.Demonstrated success managing labor relations and leading union negotiations.Expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational change.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Rewards:
