The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Dayforce Implementation Consultant to lead and support the successful deployment of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dayforce modules and a strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Dayforce HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management).
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure and test Dayforce modules to meet client specifications.
  • Provide training and support to client teams during and after implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-go-live phases.
  • Document processes, configurations, and client-specific customizations.
Skills And Attributes For Success

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing Dayforce HCM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have

Ceridian Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
