Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a Campus Recruiter. As a trusted advisor, you’ll implement and support strategies, programs and processes that attract, develop, train and retain our firm’s talent.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively research, organize, host and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events and MNP’s annual events to identify top talent
  • Take part in recruitment projects on campus in the Prairies region
  • Independently manage complex campus recruitment projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communications
  • Build, maintain, and further develop partnerships and relationships with key influencers and stakeholders on campus
  • Manage logistics of talent attraction events including registration, materials, catering, communications, planning and engaging campus representatives
  • Act as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewards
  • Prepare campus presentations as required for MNP internal business, facilitate work groups and meetings
  • Managing logistics for on‑campus interview process, including liaising with co‑op and employer representatives, and scheduling interviews
  • Attend relevant workshops, seminars and conferences and apply learning to the workplace
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • One (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, event management, recruitment, толькі relationship building
  • Creative ability to develop new event ideas and waterfall recruitment initiatives
  • Project management skills with the ability to develop event ideas, create timelines and plans and execute with results

  • Excellent written business communication, with very strong organizational skillset required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license – some travel is required
