Job Summary: As a pharmacist with Spirit Rx, you will be part of a collaborative and high-energy team dedicated to innovative distance-care pharmacy practices. We believe in a care-over-commerce philosophy—prioritizing patient needs today while exploring sustainable solutions for tomorrow.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services and medication management for patients in remote communities.
  • Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
  • Ensure accurate prescription processing, packaging, and dispensing.
  • Offer patient-centered counselling and education via phone or virtual consultations.
  • Support specialized pharmacy services, including diabetes care, substance-use disorder treatment, and infectious disease management.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy program from a recognized institution
  • Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide remote counselling and support.
  • Experience in Indigenous healthcare, chronic disease management, or distance-care pharmacy is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working Condition
  • Majority office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Large Corporate Pharmacy and office environment, shipping and receiving
