We are seeking motivated Physician Assistants for two full-time positions in the Primary Care Program at Access Winnipeg West.

• Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic, therapeutic investigations and interventions.
• Perform history and physical exams in a variety of settings, including the Emergency Department, wards, and pre/peri/postoperative wards and other clinical settings.
• Attend clinical and educational rounds.
• Document all patient encounters using standard practice recordings and electronic medical records where available.
• Communicate effectively in English with members of interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba as a Physician Assistant.
• Eligible for a Medical Staff Appointment.
• Prior experience preferred.

This position requires a Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse and Child Abuse Registry Checks. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
