  • What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst:
  • Maintain and enhance financial processes
    , ensuring accurate and timely billing, collection, and revenue reporting.
  • Oversee and manage financial systems
    , ensuring they are updated with current agreements and revenue structures.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to stakeholders to optimize revenue streams.
  • Lead month-end close processes
    , including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
  • Monitor billing accuracy and revenue collection
    , ensuring compliance with financial agreements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communications
    , including resolving discrepancies and providing financial clarity.
  • Analyze system data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved revenue management.
  • About You as the Financial Analyst:
  • Expertise in financial systems and integration.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills
    .
  • Ability to query and analyze data across multiple systems using BI Publisher, Power BI, or Tableau
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
