• Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service
• Processing financial and non‑financial investment transactions
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers in a timely manner
• Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action
  
  Support management with escalations and special projects as requested
• Testing application enhancements
• Faxing trade rejects and other requests
• Document Scanning and filing
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Knowledge of Fund Administration
• Two years’ experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
• Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines
• Ability to work independently and also be a strong team contributor
• Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal with effective written and verbal communications skills

Salary CAD $41,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
