Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a forward-thinking organization to recruit a Finance Technology & Strategy Manager. • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology, translating business needs into actionable system solutions
• Lead and coordinate financial systems initiatives, including ERP enhancements, cloud transitions, and process automation projects
• Guide requirements gathering, process design, testing, and implementation planning for finance systems
• Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and technical specialists to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance without formal authority, keeping initiatives moving forward through collaboration and influence
• Serve as the long-term owner of the organization’s finance systems strategy, championing process improvements and best practices
• Support adoption and optimization of financial systems across the organization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight

• CPA designation or equivalent finance leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting financial systems implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements
• Ability to bridge finance and technology conversations with clarity, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Strong project ownership mindset, able to drive outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a progressive, team-oriented culture
• Strategic thinker with an interest in shaping financial systems and processes for long-term organizational success
