Job Overview

As a Transaction Specialist in the Operations team at National Bank, you act as a financial transaction expert, influencing our organization through your auditing, compliance, and customer service expertise.

Your role
  • Ensure the accurate auditing and processing of financial transactions
  • Manage and audit manual transactions, including adjustments and pay requisitions
  • Provide advanced transaction information and training to team members
  • Determine documentation and funding requirements for all transaction types
  • Support and mentor colleagues in business coordination and auditing
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and training
Your team

The Operations Team consists of nine specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes and report to the Regional Team Lead. Requirements
  • Hold a business degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in sales administration or file audit in the finance industry
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business structures, asset types, and credit policies
  • Proficiency in auditing and compliance procedures
  • Be available to attend sales meetings and conferences
