Assistant to Independent Financial Advisors. Are you looking to join a dynamic, experienced team of financial professionals? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support two Independent Financial Advisors with over 20 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in financial services. Competitive wage available $70,000+.

• Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of client files. Maintain and update client databases and information.
• Provide administrative support; some client interactions, preparing & following up on documentation, processing trades, prepare and process financial reports.
• Communication with insurance / investment companies
• Must be familiar with CIRO regulations and industry standards.
• Managing day-to-day internal operations

• Experience in Financial Services – A minimum of 2-3 years in the Financial Advisory/investment field, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry terminology.
• Proficient with Computer Programs – Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Candidates with Univeris experience will get priority.
• MFDA platform.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
