Your Role

Supervise and manage General Plant Maintenance Capital (GPMC) projects for process safety critical equipment, including turbpressor equipment and auxiliary systems, and the balance of plant equipment.

Oversee various maintenance projects to ensure all applicable regulatory and corporate requirements are met.

Perform time and cost management of the programs and projects, including budgets and schedules, managing project cost change control and variance reporting of cost, scope, schedule and risk.

Provide bi-weekly and monthly updates on project performance metrics

Direct and manage the work of external consultants and contractors.

Effectively collaborate with the internal stakeholders' and understand their expectations and expert contributions and how they can contribute to the program or project success.

Optimize and align field resources to support field implementation.

Identify data integrity improvements and cost savings through analysis of the program.

Support the development and implementation of thepany's project management tools, standards and processes to support the implementation of regulated programs within Canada.

Identify opportunities for value creation and efficiency improvements to reduce overall project costs.

The selected candidate will work out of either the Bolton, ON office or the Winnipeg, MB office.
