Location: Selkirk
In line with our growth plan at our Ajalvir plant, we want to incorporate an engineer to collaborate in industrial development projects. The person who joins will assume the following responsibilities.
- Define and ensure compliance with the standards of the Industrial Capacity Development process.
- Execute the industrial plans in the Group complying with deadlines and costs.
- Support in Industrial Automation & Standardization activities
- Management of the Group's Industrial Budget:
Ensure budget compliance. - Prioritization of activities with a transversal vision, identification of optimization opportunities between Operational Units.
- Design, deploy and improve the Lean Manufacturing model of Production Management.
- Facilitate internal and external benchmarking.
Experience: Demonstrable in industrial development projects in the aeronautical industry, with knowledge of automation and Lean methodologies.
Languages: High English.
