The position of Manufacturing Engineering Specialist offers dynamic challenges in improving manufacturing processes and efficiencies. If you thrive on new challenges, pushing yourself to new heights and working in a team-driven environment, you should consider the following opportunity.

• Support and maintain production processes, equipment, and spaces
• Carry out manufacturing projects to improve production layout, processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment
• Write and maintain procedures for production processes and production control
• Support orders through production

• A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• A high level of critical thinking and accountability
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Process driven, self-motivated, and demonstrates the ability to take initiative
• Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
• A basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems would be an asset
• Aptitude with hand tools
