Job Description
The main requirements of the role are to;
Main Responsibilities:
Review and assist in preparation of deliverables during the Project Initiation phase (e.g. Project Delivery Plan, Communication/Stakeholder management plans, Project Charter, etc.)Participate and provide recommendations to the Program Team during the project planning phases.
Support, assist, review and provide recommendations during the procurement of the contractor and other contracts related to the projects (e.g. Technical Requirements, Proposals, Agreements, etc.) Provide recommendations to the Program Team during the evaluation of the potential proponents.
Responsbile for the successful execution of the three (3 major projects by managing all aspects of its implementation. (e.g. Financial information, Scope validation, design packages, stakeholder reviews, scheduling, etc.)Review of Contract Change Orders, RFIs, NCRs etc. to provide input and mitigate risks during construction
Participate/Manage the monitoring and review of project risk processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
Development of capital target costs and cost control monitoring during execution of major construction contracts. Understand the interactions/impacts between existing plant processes and new construction in order to provide strategic mitigation of risks.
Provide or facilitate knowledge and expertise to the client in understanding and resolving technical issues relating to treatment process; construction or other technical areas.
Develop and support the implementation of program strategies fostering “Best for Program” decisions.
Attend Project/Program meetings regarding the WSTP to identify any cross risks.
