• Configure customer orders to flow through ordering software and production floor.
• Update digital BOMs and databases based on engineering drawings.
• Configure electronic controllers with order‑specific data.
• Maintain work instructions and documentation.
• Enter purchase orders and customer orders into ERP software.
• Support team members within the Operations team as needed.

• Diploma in Engineering Technology preferred.
• Previous office experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
• Familiarity with standard office platforms, e.g., MS Office applications.
