Calvin Christian School is a member of the Prairie Centre for Christian Education, the Manitoba Federation of Independent Schools, Christian Schools Canada, Christian Schools International and is governed by a parent‑run board. The Board of Directors is seeking a visionary and spiritually grounded leader to serve as the Head of School and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This individual will lead Calvin Christian School into the next chapter of growth and excellence, providing strategic direction, spiritual leadership, and executive oversight of all academic, operational, and organizational functions.

The Head of School and CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and will serve as the school’s key spiritual, educational, and administrative leader, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision of Calvin Christian School.

• Champion the school’s Christ-centered mission in all areas of operation and community life.

• Support and evaluate school principals and ensure the delivery of high-quality Christian education.

  • Provide executive leadership to all school operations including finance, human resources, facilities, and transportation.

  • Serve as the sole employee of the Board and act as the liaison between Board and school operations.
