We’re hiring: 2026 summer student program

We’re now accepting applications for our 2026 summer student program.

Join our team for the summer to build professional knowledge and gain hands‑on experience.

We offer more than 200 summer employment opportunities in the energy industry to university and college students throughout Manitoba. There are a limited number of two‑month opportunities for high school students living in Northern Manitoba (north of the 53rd parallel).

Opportunities are available throughout the province and for students with various educational backgrounds. Resumés are matched to career‑related positions starting February 1, and work terms run from May to August. If your resume is received later than January, you may be matched with general labour or general administration positions.

To be eligible for summer employment, you must be:

• at least 16 years of age
• legally eligible to work in Canada
• enrolled in full‑time studies before and after the work term

If you will not be returning to school after the work term but need a co‑op term to graduate, you’re still eligible.
