Full‑Time Level 2 Early Childhood Educator – Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

• Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to each child’s developmental needs
• Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete all health and safety checks
• Assist with daily routines and classroom transitions
• Collaborate with external specialists (e.g., Speech and Occupational Therapists)
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development

• Valid Manitoba Level 2 ECE License
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
