Family Physician; General Practice

Location: Winnipeg, MB (On-site)

Neobridge Healthcare is building a Winnipeg-based talent pool of General Family Physicians to support primary care clinics (longitudinal rostered care and/or walk-in/urgent primary care, depending on the site).

Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Manitoba through the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, acute issues, and chronic disease management.
• Order and interpret tests, make referrals, and coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinic quality/safety processes.
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and evidence-informed care.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered service delivery.

li>MD with independent practice registration eligibility in Manitoba (CPSM) (or applicable provisional pathway, depending on the opportunity).
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-first approach.
• Comfort working in a structured clinic setting with EMR documentation.
