Experiential Designer
(Architecture / Interior Design Background)
About Brook GlobalBrook Global designs and delivers donor recognition systems and immersive environmental experiences for hospitals and nonprofit institutions across North America.
Our work bridges architecture, storytelling, fabrication, digital integration, and interior environments to create meaningful, human-centered spaces that support fundraising and community impact.
We operate at the intersection of concept, engineering, and execution — and we expect our designers to understand all three.
The RoleWe are seeking a concept-driven Experiential Designer with a background in Architecture or Interior Design who can lead the spatial development and visual articulation of donor recognition environments.
This role owns the creative translation of space into experience — from early visioning through presentation and fabrication-ready design packages.
You will be responsible not only for developing spatial concepts but also for producing high-quality visualizations and animated walkthroughs that clearly communicate design intent to clients, leadership teams, and stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with Client Engagement, Graphic Design, Engineering, Production, and Project Management to ensure ideas are compelling, feasible, and buildable.
Core Responsibilities Spatial Concept & Experience Development- Develop experiential concepts for donor walls, storytelling environments, and integrated digital/physical installations
- Translate architectural constraints and interior conditions into clear spatial narratives
- Design with careful consideration for circulation, scale, sightlines, materiality, lighting, accessibility, and human interaction
- Integrate branding, content strategy, and way finding into spatial solutions
- Create detailed 3D models and presentation-ready spatial environments
- Produce high-quality still renderings and animated flythroughs to communicate experiential intent
- Develop video walkthroughs for client presentations and fundraising initiatives
- Manage lighting, materials, camera composition, and post-production for realistic visualization
- Clearly communicate design intent to non-design stakeholders through visual storytelling
- Interpret architectural drawings, site conditions, and existing interior constraints
- Develop design packages to a defined Level of Detail suitable for pricing, engineering, and fabrication
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production to ensure structural feasibility, code compliance, and cost alignment
- Balance creative ambition with real-world constraints, including budgets, schedules, and materials
- Partner with Client Engagement during visioning sessions and workshops
- Support Project Management with design deliverables aligned to milestones
- Participate in internal design reviews to elevate overall spatial standards
- 5+ years of experience in experiential design, architecture, interior design, or environmental design
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or related discipline
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial thinking, built work, and visualization capability

- Rendering proficiency in Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or comparable engines
- Demonstrated ability to produce animated walkthroughs and fly through videos
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite for layout and post-production
- Experience working with fabricated environments, signage systems, exhibitions, or branded interiors preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or public-facing institutional environments is an asset
- Experience collaborating with engineers, fabricators, and installers

- Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation
- Confident presenting ideas to clients and internal teams
- Collaborative and execution-minded
- Design environments with measurable impact in healthcare and nonprofit spaces
- Lead design concept through engineering/fabrication
