What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Associate
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting a Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) and ensuring exceptional service for our commercial clients. You’ll take ownership of annual client reviews, renewals, and administrative service tasks that keep our clients informed, protected, and confident in their coverage. You’ll deliver consistent, high‑quality service while supporting the growth of the CIS’s book of business - including participating in select sales activities and helping identify opportunities.
This role blends organization, client interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination that directly contributes to the team’s success.

Building positive, professional relationships with clients and internal partners
Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable customer service
Staying organized while supporting multiple priorities and deadlines
Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to support coverage or sales
Working collaboratively with a CIS and broader underwriting and service teams
Maintaining accuracy in documentation, reviews, and administrative processes
If you have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
Licensed in Manitoba for the General Insurance Level 1/2
Valid Driver's License.
2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
