We are a busy veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collaborative team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.

• Greet clients, patients warmly and professionally
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
• Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Genuine desire to collaborate with dogs and cats
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
