We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to support the efficient receipt, processing, and return of goods brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade. This role plays a critical part in creating a professional and friendly environment while ensuring smooth operations within our Service Department.

What you will be doing:
- Receive all incoming items for repair or service, accurately record customer information and concerns, and clearly explain service processes.
- Open, manage, and close work orders in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to the service technicians.
- Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department
- Maintain communication with customer during the work and ensure a perfect delivery of the completed job
Our ideal candidate has some of the following skills:
- Mechanical aptitude, including understanding of basic mechanical systems
- Familiarity with agriculture and large ag equipment
- Ability to provide above average customer service on the phone and in person
- Ability to shift priorities and switch tasks
- Organized, detail oriented, and great follow up skills
- Typing 30 wpm+
- Familiar with computerized operations, Microsoft Office programs, able to learn new systems
- Adaptable:
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new things and apply new information - Current driver's license and clean abstract are required
- High school completion, post secondary training would be an asset
- Technical/mechanical qualifications would be an asset
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship skills
- Cheerful disposition, positive "can do" attitude, good public presentation
- 1-3 years experience in a busy Service Center or Repair Shop would be an asset
