Required immediately, our Local Winnipeg Branch is seeking an In-house Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join the team! FLOFORM Countertops is a Canadian company with its head office in Winnipeg, MB and has 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities located in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. FLOFORM manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year.

Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling our products lines as well as responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and promoting additional sales.
