Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Autopac Customer Service Representative located in Winnipeg, MB. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing assistance with auto and travel insurance products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive customer experience. This role involves engaging with clients in-person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring their needs and concerns are efficiently handled.
Qualifications- Must hold a Level 1 License
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and improving the Customer Experience
- Ability to efficiently handle inquiries and provide exceptional client interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an asset
