Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers in a retail‑based environment.
  • Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism.
  • Educate customers on products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver a positive, solution‑focused customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with a team focused on performance and growth.
  • Implement event campaigns and promotional activities as directed by management.
  • Monitor event inventory and resources, ensuring availability and operational readiness.
  • Collect customer feedback and data for reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling event setups, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adept at handling and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Must be personable and comfortable interacting with a diverse array of customers and clients.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle the manual setup of event components.
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in using technology and mobile devices for inventory management, reporting, and communication.
