Lead Generation Agent

We’re looking for a bilingual (French/English) professional with excellent customer service and outbound calling experience to join a dynamic team in a short-term lead generation project.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, tech-savvy, and excited about connecting with new people every day.

Duration1 week (Monday, Jan 19th – Saturday, Jan 24th)
Rate$17.00 per hour
Location100% Remote (Canada-wide)
Required Availability (EST)- Mon – Fri: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Work from the comfort of your own home — 100% remote
- Gain valuable experience in lead generation and outbound sales communication
- Opportunity to demonstrate and sharpen your bilingual skills in a dynamic environment
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for the sales team
- Use a short script as a guide, but keep the conversation natural and engaging
- Record accurate client information and flag potential leads
- Pitch the service with clarity and confidence
- Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout each call
- Adapt to shifting priorities as the project evolves
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or outbound calling role
- Fully bilingual in English and French — verbal communication is key
- Comfortable following scripts while holding a natural, fluid conversation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Tech requirements: PC with Windows (Mac not compatible), Ethernet connection, USB headset
