Customer Service
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg.
What We Offer:
Salary: $20-$21 / hour
Job Type/Shift: Temporary, On-going, 30 hours a week

What You'll Do:
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.
Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
What We're Looking For:
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner.
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
