!
In this full-time role, you’ll support customers through phone and digital channels by providing a variety of services and tailored banking guidance. If you enjoy problem‑solving, connecting with people, and having a positive impact, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do- Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more)
- Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services
- Offer technical support for Internet Banking services
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments
- High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem‑solving abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with a financial institution is an asset
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.43/hr.
