Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

This is a temporary Customer Service Representative position with a Winnipeg‑based company, in partnership with Aplin, created to support an upcoming annual project. The role starts immediately and may extend if performance is strong.

• Immediate temporary customer service opportunity
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Opportunity to assist with the annual project
• Potential to extend

• Provide exceptional customer service to members.
• Update the membership database and enter new membership information as required.
• Perform data entry, filing and mail handling.
• Update Excel spreadsheets.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

• 1–2+ years of office‑related customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to update customer concerns with relevant information.
• A criminal background check is required.
