Evening Telephone Interviewer - Onsite

We are hiring Market Research Interviewers to conduct telephone surveys across the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues.

There is no telemarketing or sales involved. The position is paid at an hourly wage of $15.50.

• Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
• Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
• Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
• Have a courteous, customer service approach

• Self‑motivated and positive attitude
• Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
• Excellent time management skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 3 shifts a week with one weekend shift required. Flexibility to amend schedule each week.
• Expected working hours are 4:00 – 11:00 pm.
