We have a great opportunity for BDC (Business Development Centre) Receptionist to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our dealerships.
Responsibilities:- Answering online inquiries and answering incoming calls
- Maintain accurate information and up-to-date data about manufacturers recommended maintenance services
- Keeping accurate and relevant customer information in our system
- Making appointment reminder phone calls, and making any necessary changes to the appointments if needed
- Ensuring that customers satisfaction with our service
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in computer skills
- Highly motivated
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday
