• Grow sales by partnering with the franchise owner and providing outstanding customer service through in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish rapport and confidence.
• Educate customers on terminology, policies, procedures, delays, and additional information to increase satisfaction and profitability.
• Prepare daily move-related paperwork and documents, demonstrating strong computer skills.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls during and after moves to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop marketing-sales initiatives with the franchise owner to increase brand awareness in the community.
• Participate in marketing-sales activities including networking, direct mail, and charitable move coordination.

• Six months to one year of customer sales and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong team player with effective selling and technical strategies.
• Excellent customer service, listening, and communication skills.
