The Job – Project Supervisor (Remediation)

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

Project Supervisors are responsible for:

Weekly Fleet Checks

Site Safety Inspections

Leadership and Coaching Field Staff

Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction

Documentation of site visits and job progress

Preparing Risk Assessments and Scopes of work.

Submitting Notices of Asbestos Work for all Type 3 abatements and Type 2’s when possible.

Supervision and Assisting (hands on if necessary) on jobsites.

Reviewing or creating Work Orders.

Reviewing SDA’s and other online documents pertaining to job files.

Assisting with Scheduling and Work order assignments.

Reviewing SSA documents and conducting Safety Inspections when necessary.

Preparing Manifests and Managing Bin pickups.

Coordinating 3rd party inspections and air tests.

What you bring:

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Construction related experience

Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork

Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)

Other stuff that’ll help you be successful:

Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates

Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage

Standard First Aid certification

Physically fit

Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
