Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site construction, check-out, and start-up activities for capital projects. This role serves as the primary field representative, ensuring safe, efficient, and contract-compliant execution of work while coordinating closely with contractors, project teams, and site leadership.
Job Description
Provide on-site leadership and oversight of contractor activitiesMonitor safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and Bayer requirementsManage schedule performance and assess project progressLead weekly construction progress meetings and issue reportsReview and coordinate contractor RFIs and change ordersVerify quality of installed work and ensure alignment with design intentCoordinate site logistics, permits, utility tie-ins, and operational interfacesMaintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built recordsMonitor costs for Time & Materials workServe as on-site liaison between contractors, CS Eng, and Bayer site managementSkills Required
At least 1+ years’ proven experience in construction management (industrial or process environment preferred)OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (required)Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and field coordinationAbility to lead in a fast-paced, multi-contractor environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsIf you are a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field and drives projects safely and efficiently to completion, we encourage you to apply.Harve Staff LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
