We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, landscape construction. This role requires a hands‑on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Coordinate snow and ice management during snow events day or night.
Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on landscaping projects.
5+ years of strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Knowledge of landscape construction practices, civil construction work.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
