Base pay range: CA$/yr - CA$/yr

What You'll Do
Lead Estimating activities for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability
Lead major process improvements to optimize estimating workflows, standardize specifications, costing systems, and refine contract negotiation strategies
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects
What You Bring
10+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
Experience with bids from $10 million to $200 million+
Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software
Strong communicator and collaborator
