• Location: Winnipeg
• Salary: CA $120k to CA $140k per year
• Base pay range: CA$/yr - CA$/yr

• Lead Estimating activities for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
• Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability
• Lead major process improvements to optimize estimating workflows, standardize specifications, costing systems, and refine contract negotiation strategies
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
• Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects

• 10+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
• Experience with bids from $10 million to $200 million+
• Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software
• Strong communicator and collaborator
