Asphalt Paving Superintendent

Meseyton Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead and oversee asphalt paving operations across multiple projects. This role is responsible for crew leadership, production planning, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

• Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews and foremen
• Plan and coordinate daily paving operations, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Ensure work meets contract specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Promote and enforce Meseyton Construction’s safety-first culture
• Coordinate with project managers, plant operations, clients, and inspectors
• Monitor productivity, job costs, and production targets

• Minimum 10 years of asphalt paving experience
• Senior supervisory experience (Superintendent or Lead Foreman)
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving methods and equipment
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Valid driver’s license
