** As a Relationship Management Associate, you’ll support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience.

** What you’ll do
*** Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities
* Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects
* Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities
* Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support
* Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
* Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations

* Required qualifications:
*** A diploma in business
* A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
*
* Preferred qualifications:
*** Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
* Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
