Program DescriptionThis is a hybird, unpaid cohort‑based program for founders ready to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and launch an MVP in 6–8 weeks in Winnipeg, MB
. You’ll work with Product Stak across agile planning, roadmap definition, product design, engineering delivery, testing, and launch readiness with Launch Coworking’s ecosystem and support alongside you. The program is structured, fast‑moving, and built for founders who want real progress and a product in‑market.
- Functional MVP ready for users and investors
- Faster path to launch, traction, and funding readiness
- A foundation you can build on without hiring a full internal team
- Optional long‑term partnership for iteration and growth
- Experience (or strong interest) in product thinking, MVP scope, and iterative building
- Comfortable operating in agile sprints with weekly collaboration and fast decisions
- Able to clearly communicate a problem, target user, and desired outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
