Role Description
This is a full‑time, office role for a Project Coordinator located in Winnipeg, MB. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, timeline management, resource allocation, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Daily tasks will include monitoring project progress, preparing reports, assisting in coordinating meetings, and ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. The individual will also identify and mitigate potential risks while working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications- Project Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Communication and Team Coordination abilities to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in Documentation, Reporting, and Presentation development, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
- Problem‑Solving, Risk Assessment, and Decision‑Making skills to address challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints and construction practices based on Canadian codes.
