• Lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and quality across functions
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives to solve complex problems
• Train and coach operational teams in continuous improvement methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with Finance and Transformation teams to document cost reductions and performance improvements
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with continuous improvement initiatives

• Post-secondary education
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in inventory planning/control and logistics
• Background in data analytics, operations, and project management
• Familiarity with SAP, Procurement, and Coupa systems
• Bilingual in English and French
