Reporting to the Precast Plant Manager, the Operations Coordinator supports day-to‑day operations and helps administer the company’s safety systems as they relate to product manufacturing, delivery, project execution, and client satisfaction. The role supports both hourly and salaried employees in matters related to plant and jobsite safety, production, and general operations, working closely with Supervisors to identify hazards and implement appropriate controls.

  • Support supervisors, lead hands, and charge hands by providing guidance on the interpretation and application of operational and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with operational and safety risk assessments for new or acquired work, help coordinate with production supervisors and QC teams, and provide support during equipment evaluations or trials.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture by promoting and reinforcing health, safety, environmental, and operational expectations throughout all work areas.
