. DLF Canada Inc., part of the North America SBU, is recruiting for a Customer Service Associate for its Western Canada Business Unit located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. • Customer Service activities for our Retail Division – ensure “total customer satisfaction”
• Order entry processing
• Creating and posting blend sheets
• Invoicing and accounts receivable activities – invoicing, credit memo processing as needed
• Assist sales team activities – quotes, pricing and availability
• Tracking shipments
• Accounts payable activities as needed
• Support other team members in a collaborative environment

• At least 2 years of office/administrative experience in an agricultural sales‑related business; seed experience preferred
• Post‑secondary education in office, business or related programs
• Accounting experience an asset
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel & Word
• Navision software experience an asset

This position offers a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary, benefits, a Group RRSP option with company matching, and free parking. Compensation is based on experience.
