Bison Fire Protection Inc., a leader in the fire protection industry is growing and searching for an Account Manager for our Winnipeg Head Office branch to support our growing client base.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Manitoba and Saskatchewan, the Account Manager will be responsible for client retention and relationship management, overseeing service contract renewals, and presenting inspection reports and equipment deficiency quotes. You will consult with clients to ensure annual compliance, advocate on their behalf with the operations team, and manage a portfolio of accounts.

Additionally, you will support the outside sales team’s new business efforts, develop long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate in the best interests of both parties, and achieve retention and sales targets.

Reporting to:
Regional Sales Manager for Manitoba and Saskatchewan

• Client retention and relationship management
• Presenting inspection reports and equipment deficiencies
• Consulting with clients to ensure annual compliance
• Advocate on client’s behalf with Operations team to ensure satisfaction
• Manage portfolio of accounts
• Support new business efforts of outside sales team
• Develop rapport and earn trust to establish long-term partnerships
• Negotiate in the best interests of both parties
• Hit retention and sales targets

• Customer service focused experience in a B2B environment preferred
• Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting a definite asset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle and execute on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
• Proven track record in account management and client retention
