Job SummaryLead Automotive Service Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

Responsibilities- Examines customer vehicles
- Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance to include drivability issues
- Estimates cost of repairs
- Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to include air conditioning repairs
- Requests necessary parts
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- A motivation to learn and succeed
- Valid in‑state driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
